Michael E. Adler has practiced law since his admission to the bar in 2005. Mr. Adler brings a wealth of business expertise in addition to his accomplished legal and educational background. His business career includes over forty years of experience as the senior executive of both private and public companies. Mr. Adler had primary responsibility for oversight of those companies’ business and legal needs, including negotiation and documentation of numerous business acquisitions and real estate transactions.

Mr. Adler’s law practice encompasses a wide range of transactional matters, including the formation, acquisition and sale of business and real estate entities and the counseling of business and real estate clients in all facets of their ongoing legal and business affairs. His extensive business, legal and real estate background enables him to understand and resolve his clients’ transactional and litigation needs efficiently and economically.

Mr. Adler was admitted to practice in California in 2005. He obtained his California real estate brokers license in 2007, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Adler was formerly the President of Informa Research Services, Inc., the premier provider of competitive intelligence and market research services to over 3,000 clients worldwide.

Mr. Adler is involved with numerous non-profit organizations and currently serves on the The University of Southern California Associates Board as well as the Board of Counselors for USC’s Athletic Department.

• Representation of both buyers and sellers in small to medium size merger, sale, acquisition, dissolution and financing transactions, including pawn shops, printing businesses, recuperative care centers, special needs schools, non-profit organizations, and assorted service-related businesses

• Represented plaintiffs in specific performance action, obtaining judgment on all claims and recovery of all plaintiffs’ attorneys’ fees and costs

• Successful prosecution of personal injury action, including identification of additional insurance coverage, resulting in six figure recovery
